Data Deletion Request

1. Deletion Overview

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other global privacy laws, EveFlow provides a direct and absolute path to request the complete erasure of your database files and profile records from our servers.

If you only use EveFlow in local-only mode (without cloud synchronization active), your databases are stored exclusively on your device. To delete your local records, simply wipe application storage inside your smartphone settings or uninstall the application.

2. What is Deleted

Submitting a data deletion request will trigger the permanent erasure of the following items:

• Profile Credentials: Your username, encrypted password hashes, and linked email address.
• Biological & Cycle Logs: All recorded cycle schedules, physical symptoms, basal body temperatures, mood records, and notes.
• Cloud Backup Archives: All secure, encrypted cloud backups synchronized from your device to our server portals.
• Billing History Indicators: Anonymized purchase state records used to validate premium tokens.

3. Processing Timeline

Once you submit the request below and click the confirmation link sent to your registered email address:

• Your account is deactivated instantly, halting cloud synchronization services.
• All primary database records are completely wiped from our active databases within 7 days.
• Archived security backup files are permanently overwritten and pruned within 30 days.
• You will receive a final confirmation email once the erasure audit is complete.
