Delete your account in the app

Open the EveFlow app.

Follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access the app

You may request deletion by emailing us directly:

• Profile information
• Cycle history
• Symptoms
• Notes
• Preferences
• Personal health data stored by EveFlow

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained only where required by applicable laws or to prevent fraud and abuse.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
