Account Deletion & Data Rights

EveFlow is engineered with a strict "privacy-by-design" architecture. We believe that your health parameters, hormonal syncs, and biometric logs belong exclusively to you.

In compliance with modern privacy standards (including GDPR and Google Play Developer Policies), we enable our community to delete their accounts and wipe all related datasets at any time.

When you delete your account, we initiate an immediate, automated purge across all of our data networks. The following assets are wiped permanently:

• Biometric Records: Menstrual flow logs, estimated ovulation histories, baseline temperature shifts, and physical symptoms markers.
• Profile Metadata: Registered name/nickname, date of birth, age, and wellness synchronization goals.
• Wearable Sync History: Cached parameters retrieved from Oura Ring, Apple Health, or Google Fit APIs.
• AI Assistant Dialogues: Complete chat history and diagnostic logs submitted to the EveFlow AI Health Coach.
• Credentials: Encrypted passwords, recovery hashes, and active login sessions inside our Supabase authentication database.

We only retain minimal data structures under strict conditions for compliance and system security:

• Financial Invoices: Transaction logs, payment receipts, and billing records processed via Stripe are stored for up to 7 years to meet standard tax audit requirements.
• Telemetry Logs: Completely anonymized application crashes and performance logs (sent via Firebase Crashlytics) remain in security dashboards but cannot be linked back to any individual identity.
• Backup Archives: Encrypted backup configurations reside in isolation and are rotated out. Complete purging completes within a maximum of 30 days.

The quickest way to delete your account is directly inside the EveFlow mobile application:

1. Launch the EveFlow application on your mobile device.
2. Tap on your Profile Icon in the top-right corner to open the Settings menu.
3. Select the Account & Security tab.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap on the red Delete Account & Data button.
5. Re-authenticate your session by entering your password or passing biometric locks.
6. Review the warnings and tap Permanently Wipe All Data to execute.

Note: This action is irreversible. All tracking history will be permanently wiped immediately.

If you have already deleted the app or cannot log into your mobile account, you can submit a manual deletion request.
