By downloading the EveFlow mobile application, accessing our databases, or browsing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not consent to these parameters, you are prohibited from utilizing our platforms.
EveFlow is an educational wellness companion. We do NOT provide medical diagnostics, medical advice, clinical evaluations, or birth control services. The predictions, cycle calculations, and skin temperature logs are for biological phase-syncing guidance only. You must consult a licensed physician or healthcare specialist before altering prescription schedules, diet choices, or starting intensive workout programs.
Conversations with our AI Coach are computed using generative language models trained on public sports science and endocrinology literature. AI replies are not replacements for clinical diagnosis. The coach can produce errors or inaccuracies. You are instructed to verify any advice before implementation. Never ignore professional medical suggestions because of an AI Coach response.
EveFlow Premium features are accessible via monthly or annual recurring billing tiers. Subscriptions are billed automatically through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account. You may manage auto-renewal settings or cancel renewals directly inside your app store account settings at least 24 hours prior to billing events.
All subscription billing events are managed directly by Google Play or Apple App Store checkout systems. EveFlow cannot issue direct refunds. Refund requests must be submitted directly through store platforms and are subject to Apple and Google's standard purchase policies.
The interface designs, linear cycle-wave charts, Oura ring sync indicators, logos, text assets, and code repositories associated with EveFlow are the exclusive intellectual property of EveFlow Inc. You may not duplicate, reverse engineer, scrape, or distribute any assets without explicit written consent.
You agree to use EveFlow strictly for legitimate, personal, and lawful wellness tracking. You may not upload malware, spam chat queries, compromise key decryption channels, or attempt unauthorized entry to other device-bound user slots.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EveFlow Inc., its executives, and developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application, including cycle predictions, training logs, or AI conversations.
These Terms of Service and any associated claims shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflicts of law provisions.
