3. Subscriptions & Billing

We provide a Solstice Premium subscription option billed monthly ($9.99/mo) or yearly ($49.99/yr, equivalent to $4.16/mo).

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the close of each cycle unless canceled in your Google Play settings.
• Google Play Billing: Payments are processed securely via the Google Play store channels.
• Refunds: All purchase cancellations and refund requests are subject to Google Play store rules and must be requested through Google.

4. AI Predictions & Services

EveFlow leverages advanced AI mathematical models to project cycle transitions, hormonal trends, and general wellness observations. These predictions are purely informational and estimated. They are not clinical diagnostic facts, and they do not account for hidden medical variables. You agree not to treat AI predictions as medical directives.

5. Acceptable Use Rules

You agree not to engage in malicious activities, including:

• Reverse engineering or scraping the Service's client packages or databases.
• Attempting to bypass security keys, databases, or client-server encryption parameters.
• Utilizing automated bots to crawl or register accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

All code assets, brand icons, logo marks, 3D ribbon renderings, interface layouts, vector illustrations, and text descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of EveFlow. Unauthorized reproduction or utilization is strictly prohibited under federal copyright laws.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block your user credentials or premium access pipelines instantly in the event of a material violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
