Subscription & Refund Policy

1. Premium Subscription Plans

Solstice Premium provides exclusive access to clinical-grade hormonal telemetry, on-device AI coach prompts, and detailed biomarker trends:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed at $9.99 per month. Ideal for flexible access.
• Yearly Subscription: Billed at $49.99 per year (equivalent to $4.16 per month, yielding a 58% savings compared to monthly cycles).

2. Free Trials

First-time subscribers may unlock a 7-day free trial period. You will not be charged until the trial concludes. You can cancel at any time during the trial to prevent billing. If not canceled, your trial will automatically convert into a paid Monthly or Yearly subscription depending on the plan selected at registration.

3. Auto-Renewal Terms

To guarantee uninterrupted service, both Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew at the close of their current billing cycles. Your payment method will be charged the standard rate within 24 hours prior to the cycle transition.

4. Google Play Billing

All subscriptions, trials, and payments are managed securely through Google Play Billing channels. EveFlow does not record or maintain your credit card details or billing credentials; all purchase profiles are ledgered via your Google Account.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Your Premium access will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period:

1. Open the Google Play Store application on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile avatar in the upper right corner and select Payments & Subscriptions.
3. Select Subscriptions and locate the EveFlow subscription.
4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the simple on-screen instructions.

6. Refund Guidelines

Managed by Google Play: Because transactions are managed by Google Play, all refund requests are processed according to Google Play purchase guidelines.

To request a refund, go to Google Play support, look up your Purchase History, and select "Request a Refund." Refund approvals are at the discretion of Google. EveFlow cannot reverse or refund transactions directly.
